Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, Chairman of a Select Commit-
tee, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to protect fish in the Blackwater
river in Dorchester county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Browning, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to create an additional election dis-
trict in Garrett county, by dividing Election District No. 8,
of said county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Fitzjarrell, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to prevent stock running at large in
Talbot county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Dodson, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners of
Oxford, in Talbot county, to convey to the Board of School
Commissioners of Talbot county, a portion of a vacant public
lot, in the town of Oxford, for the purpose of erecting thereon
a school house.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, Chairman of a Select Commit-
tee, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 214, passed at
January Session, 1874, relating to the catching of oysters
with scoop in Dorchester county, and re-enact the same with
amendments.
