land to make valid the Acts of the Commissioners appointed
by the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
December Session, 1840, chapter 219, and to confirm the
proceedings of said Commissioners,

Windsor Turnpike Road Company, in Frederick and Carroll

over Ayer's creek, in said county, and to levy a sum of money
sufficient therefor,

The bill entitled an Act giving the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of a legacy in the last
will and testament of Daniel Woolford, late of Washington
county, deceased, to the Church of God, at Broad Fording, in
Washington county,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
