The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Potomac Bridge
Company to borrow money and issue bonds therefor,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal the first Section of the Act
passed at the January Session, 1854, chapter 122 of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act amendatory of
the Act to incorporate the South Baltimore Company, passed
December Session, 1832, chapter 96, and to extend the dura-
tion of said Act to first of January, 1880, and to appoint ad-
ditional corporators, and to increase the capital stock of said
Company to $625,000, and to protect the rights of said Com-
pany by non-user,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to Arti-
cle, 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Harford
county," sub-title "Fish,"
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to require that fences on the lower
part of Hooper's Island, Dorchester county, extending from
the Narrows' Ferry to the lower Thorougfare on said Island,
shall be of a prescribed character,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
