chapter 429, approved 4th of April, 1870, dividing the
3rd District of Baltimore county into election precincts, and
re-enacting the same with amendments,

of Public Local Laws, title "Queen Anne's County," sub-
title "Surveyor,"

third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 6, 8 and 21 of
the Acts of January Session, 1872, chapter 54, entitled an
Act to exempt all that portion of the waters of the Chesa-
peake Bay, lying northward of a certain line therein desig-
nated, from the operations and effects of Sections 1 and 3 of
Article 98 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Wild
Fowl," and to enact other Sections to be in force and opera-
