The Secretary of the Senate returned
The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act passed January
Session, 1874, chapter 439, entitled an Act to regulate the
issuing of licenses for the sale of Spirituous and Fermented
Liquors in the State; so far as the same applies to Frederick,
Cecil and Garrett counties, with proposed amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Section 1, line 7, insert after the word "Cecil" the words
"Harford and Caroline."
Amend title by adding after the word "Cecil" the words
"Harford and Caroline."
The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend-
ments,

We respectfully ask you to recede from your amendment to
House bill No. 76, relating to licenses, as far as Harford
county is concerned, and herewith return said bill for your
consideration.
