A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 48 of an Act of
the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act to amend
the charter of the City of Cumberland, by repealing Sections
22, &c., passed at the January Session of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, 18t 4, chapter 100, also to repeal Section
52 of Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Allegany county," sub-title "Cumberland," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
