A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 17 of Article 71
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Oysters," as
amended and re-enacted by ch. 364 of the Acts passed at Jan-
uary Session, 1870, and ch. 167 of the Acts passed at the
January Session, 1872, and also ch. 181 of the Acts passed
at January Session, 1874, and to re enact the said Sections
with amendments.

Mr. Hance, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 44 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince George's county," un-
der the title of "Collectors," enacted by the Act of 1872, ch.
294, and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add
additional Sections thereto.

Mr. Lancaster, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to allow the County Commissioners
of Charles county, to pay Richard Barnes, Sr., the usual per
diem and compensation during the time he was prevented in
1874 to 1875, by sickness from attending as Chief Judge of
the Orphans' Courts

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 99, 108, 110, 112
and 113, of Article 20, Public Local Laws, title "Calvert
county," sub-title "Oxford," and re enact the same with
amendments.

Mr. Fitzjarrell, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to .repeal chapter 199, of the
Acts, passeJ January, Session, 1874, entitled an Act to au-
thorize the construction of fire proof vaults in the Court-
House in Easton, and to re-enact the following in lieu
thereof.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Park-
ton and Manchester Railroad Company, by providing that
jurors selected to condemn private property for the location
of the Parkton and Manchester Railroad shall take into con-
sideration benefits to be derived by owners of property so con-
demned as well as damages,
