Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company, a corpora-
tion created and duly organized under the provisions of the
Acts of Assembly, passed January Session, 1868, chapter
364, entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Dram
Point Railroad Company, and to extend the time for the com-
pletion of the paid Railroad.

A bill entitled an Act to provide for an additional consta-
ble in Districts No. "2 and 3, Calvert county.

A bill entitled an Act to amend Article 4, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, by adding another Section thereto, in re-
lation to investments on account of the sinking fund.

favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 6, 8 and 21, of the
Acts of January Session, 1872, chapter 54, entitled an Act to
exempt all that portion of the waters of the Chesapeake Bay,
lying northward of a certain line therein described from the
operation and effects of Sections 1 and 3, of Article 98, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title " Wild Fowl," and re-enact
other Sections to be in force and operation in and on and over
«aid waters, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Potomac Bridge
Company to borrow money and issue bonds therefor.

Public General Laws, as re-enacted by an Act passed at Jan-
uary Session, 1868, chapter 471, a Section to follow immedi-
ately after Section 13 of said Article, and be numbered 13 A.
