A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 36, of Article 10,
of the Code of Public General Laws, as re-enacted by chap-
ter 45, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1874, relating to attachments, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize trustees to transfer
