the January Session, 1860, chapter 267, entitled an Act in-
corporating a company to open in part, and improve the road
from Frederick city, in Frederick county, to the Spout
Spring, on the Hamburg road, passing Braydrup's said
mill, etc., &c.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 36, of Article 10,
of the Code of Public General Laws, as re-enacted by chap-
ter 45, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1874, relating to attachments, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

mittee on the Judiciary.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize trustees to transfer
trust's funds to trustees duly appointed in other States.
