be necessary to a full and fair investigation of the aforesaid
election in the said City of Baltimore, and to take with them
the stenographer who has been employed for the use of said
Committee on Elections to take down evidence, and the said
sub-committee shall report the result of their examination to
the main Committee, for its consideration and action.
