The bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact Section 2,
and to repeal Section 9, of an Act passed at January Session,
1872, chapter 414, entitled an Act to prevent incompetent
persons from conducting business as Pharmacists or vending
at retail, drugs, mediciues or chemicals for medicinal uses in
the City of Baltimore, and repealing the Act entitled an Act
to prevent incompetent persons from conducting the business
of Druggist or Apothecary in the City of Baltimore, passed
January Session, 1870, chapter 104.
Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Chaisty submitted a bill as an amendment.
