The question then recurring upon the title of the bill.
It was amended by inserting the words "Cecil and Gar-
rett counties," after the word ''Frederick."
Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
On motion cf Mr. Hoblitzell, (the rules being suspended)
it was
Ordered, That the Session of the House be continued until
each county and each Legislative District of Baltimore city
shall have had the privilege of offering two bills, as provided
by a previous order.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Harford county to divide any of the Election Dis-
tricts in said county into Election Precincts, and to designate
the places of holding elections therein,
