Mr. Smith, of Baltimore county, Chairman of a Select Com-
mittee, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to prohibit the granting of licenses
for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer,
at or within one mile of the village of Hereford, in Baltimore
county.
Which was rsad a first time.
Mr. Gwynn, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported

A bill entitled an Act to change the boundary line betweea
the 6th and 12th Election Districts of Prince George's county.

"Somerset County," under sub-title "Retailers."
