21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington
county," sub-title "County Commissioners," to be known as
Sections 87 A, 87 B, 87 C, 87 D, 87 E, 87 F, 87 G, 87 H, 87
I, 87 J, 87 K, to regulate the collection of taxes in Washing-
ton county.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 50, of chapter 333,
of the Acts of 1846, entitled an Act to incorporate a Company
to make a turnpike road from Hagerstown, in Washingten
county, to the Pennsylvania line, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 423, of the Acts of
1874, entitled an Act to repeal Section 20, of Article 28, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "County Commis-
sioners," sub-title ''Roads," and to re-enact the same with
amendments, so far as the same applies to Washington coun-
ty, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

in regard to horses and carriages kept at livery in said county.
