A bill entilted an Act to authorize the Register of Wills
of Harford county, to continue the index or key to guardian
accounts in his office, from 1845 to the present time, and con-
tinue the same hereafter, and to authorize the County Com-
missioners to provide compensation therefor.

favorably,
A bill entitled an Act, authorizing the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county, to levy a sufficient sum of
money for the erection of a new county jail, or repairing the
present one at their discretion, in said county.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 36 and 37, of
Article 15, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Mont-
gomery county," sub-title "Jurors," and re-ena«t the same

Windsor Turnpike Road Company in Frederick and Carroll
