Mr. Loane, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to add an additional Section, to be
numbered 220, to Article 26 of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled " Corporations," as re-enacted by an Act
passed at the January Session, 1868, ch. 471.
Which was read a first time.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to incorporate tke Baltimore County
Gaslight Company.
Which was read a first time.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to regulate the speed of railroad
trains when crossing a track or tracks on same grade.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Gill, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means,
reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the sale to the
County Commissioners of Cecil county, of the State's interest
in the Bohemia Bridge Company.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Brown, Chairman of the Committee on Inspections,
reported fovorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal the 10th Section, of the
Act of January Session, 1872, chapter 153, entitled an Act
to provide for the inspection of steam boilers in the City of
Baltimore, and to enact a new Section in lieu thereof.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Donaldson, Chairman of a Select Committee oa
Fisheries, reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 4 and 6, of
chapter 150, of the Acts of 1874, entitled an Act to establish
a Commission on Fisheries of the State of Maryland, define
its duties, and to approprite a sum of money to defray the
expenses thereof, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Harig, Chairman of the Committee on Claims, re-
ported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to refund to Horatio J. Shepherd,
of Cecil county a sum of money erroneously paid inta the
Treasury.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Robinson, Chairman of the Committee on. Education,
