delotte, Dennis and Walsh.

Mr. Gill submitted the following Message:
BY THB HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
January 14th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We have received your Message in regard to the appoint-
ment of a Joint Committee, consisting of three members on
the part of the Senate and four members on the part of the
House of Delegates, to take in consideration such portions
of the Governor's Message as relates to the Boundary ques-
tion between this State and the State of Virginia, who may
report by bill or otherwise, and respectfully concur therein.
We have appointed on the part of the House Messrs, Gill,
Hance, Dashiell and Lancaster.
