January Session, 1852, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Santa Clara Mining Association of Baltimore, authorizing
said Association to make and enforce payment of all calls
or assessments upon its capital stock heretofore made or here-
after to be made.

New York and Baltimore Transportation Line, which incor-
poration is, by virtue of the Act of December Session, 1847,

sion begin on the 10th day of January, 1866.
