L. Todd and others, in favor ef a Local Option Law in Wi-
comico county.
Which was read and referred to Messrs. Gordy, Dashiell
and Purnell.
Mr. Rutledge presented the petition of Wm. C. Carroll
and Johnsy Daughton, and others, of Harford county,
protesting against the passage of a law looking to the ap-
pointment of a collector for said county.
Which was read and referred to the Harford delegation.

The petition of Thomas Amos, and others, of Harford
county, protesting against the passage of a law looking to
the appointment of a Treasurer for said county.

The petition of Hugh C. Ramsey, Michael Whiteford, and
other citizens of Harford county, protesting against the pas-
sage of a law looking to the appointment of a Treasurer for
said county.

The petition of Wm. T. Mead, and other citizens of Har-
ford county, praving that the School Commissioners of said
county may be elected by the people.

Mr. Sprigg presented the petition of John Humbird, and
34 merchants and working men, asking for a change in the
Attachment Laws.

diciary.
Mr. Rutledge presented the petition of John C, Hazlelt,
James F. Devoe, and other citizens of Harford county, pro-
testing against the passage of a law looking to the appoint-
ment of a Treasurer for said couuty.
