rick.
Which was read and referred to the Frederick delegation.
Mr. Albaugh presented the petition of Robert H Smith
and other citizens, of Harford county, for the protection of
fish in the waters of that county.
Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Fisheries.
Mr. Albau; h presented the claim of Joseph Lyns for ser-
vices rendered the State as Screwman in Tobacco Warehouse
No. 2.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Claims.
Also,
Presented the claim of Geo. Gibson for services rendered
the State as Screwman in Tobacco Warehouse No. 2.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Claims,
Mr. Snowden presented the petition of Wm. H. Warfield,
John W. Whiteside and 11 other citizens of Prince George's
county, asking to have the name of Mrs. Ann Hobbs restored
to the pension list.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen-
sions.
Also,
The petition of J. Berry, John Earnshavv and 17 other ci-
tizens of Prince George's county, asking to have the name
of Magaret Wootton placed upon the pension roll.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen-
sions.
Mr. Goldsborough presented the petition of A. B. Max-
win and others of Caroline county, asking the repeal of the
Fence Law, and the passage of a Stock Law.
Which was read and referred to Messrs. Goldsborough,
Culbreth and Hinks.
Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, presented the petition of R. P.
Cannon and Lewis A. Inseley and 256 other citizens of Dor-
chester county, asking the opening of Fishing Bay to scoop-
ing for oysters.
Which was read and referred to the Dorchester delegation.
Mr. Riggs presented the petition of Jno. A. Shearer and
33 other Citizens of Frederick county, complaining of injus-
tice in the rates of toll charged by B. & O. B. R., on local
fights.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Corpo-
rations.
