The b;ll entitled an Act to legalize the revised Code of
Public General and Public Local Laws of Maryland, pre-
pared by Lewis Mayer, Louis C. Fisher and E J. D.
Cross
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 55 to 64 inclu-
sive, of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore county, entitled
"Collector;" and Section 78 to 90 inclusive, entitled "Trea-
surer," and enact the following, entitled "Treasurer and
Collector," in lieu thereof
Being upon its second reading.
Mr. Whitelock submitted the following amendments:
