The bill as amended, was then read a second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 67, of Article
30, of the Code of Public General Laws, title Crimes and
Punishments," sub-title "Gunning," and to enact a substi-
tute therefor.
Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Donaldson submitted the following amendment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 67, at end of Section, add the following: "To be
paid to the credit of the School Fund for such county."
Which was adopted.
