ment of a zoological collection in the City of Baltimore.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the renewal
of guatdianship entered in the office of the Register of Wills
of Allegany county, to remove said guardianships to Garrett
county, where the guardian and ward or wards reside in
Garrett county.
Which was read a second time.
Also,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of John
Gunby, late of Coshocton county, Ohio, debased, to the
Commissioners of the Presbyterian Church of Worcester
county, Maryland, in trust, to erect a Presbyterian Church
at Stockton, in Worcester county, and for the support of a
minister to preach therein.
