On motion of Mr. Baldwin,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and said
bill made the order of the day for Monday, the 21st inst.
Mr. Donaldson submitted the following
JOINT RESOLUTIONS.
WHEREAS, By an Act of the General Assembly, passed at'
December Session, 18^B, chapter 123, the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad Company was incorporated for the purposes
and with the powers therein named, more especially in Sec-
tion 14 of said Act, and Section 18 of the same.
