peal of the Attachment Law of 1874.

Mr. Gwynn presented the petition of Frank Tolson and
30 others, asking for an Act to change the binding lines
between the 6th and 12th Election Districts of Prince
George's county.
Which was read and referred to the Prince George delega-
tion.
Mr Smith piesented the petition of James C. Cullim
and 43 citizens cf Baltimore county, asking the repeal of
the law exempting one hundred dollars from attachment.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.
Mr. Browning presented the petition of William Brown-
ing, D. H. Friend, and 116 other citizens of Garrett county,
asking for the passage of a law to prevent stock of non-resi-
dents from running at large in said county,
Which was read and referred to Messrs. Browning, Bar-
nard and Sprigg.
The Secretary of the Senate returned the following

The bill entitled an Act to empower the Clerk of the
County Commissioners for Talbat county, to administer an
oath or affirmation to any account, to any person presenting
a claim to the Commissioners against the county.
