of the Acts of 1872, entitled an Act to provide for the de-
struction of hawks and owls, and to protect the class of small
birds known as insectivorous birds, in Prince George's, Tal-
bot and Montgomery counties, and to re-enact the same with
amendments, so as to exclude Montgomery and Talbot coun-
ties from the provisions of said Section,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to refund to Dennis Cookson, of
Carroll county, a certain sum of money erroneously paid into
the Treasury,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
