The bill entitled an Act to prohibit the granting of licenses
for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer,
in the vicinity of Druid Hill Park,
Being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and said
bill ordered to be printed, and made the order of the day for
to-morrow, the 8th instant.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the bequest of George
W. Jonson, to the German Lutheran Evangelical Saint
Matthew's Congregation of Baltimore,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Harford county to divide any of the election dis-
tricts in said county into election precincts, and to designate
the places of holding elections therein,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act passed at the
January Session, 1874, chapter 439, entitled an Act to regu-
late the issuing of licenses tor the sale of spirituous and fer-
mented liquors in this State, so far as the same applies to
Frederick county,
Being upon a second reading.
Mr. Ward submitted the following amendment:
Section 1, after the word "Frederick," insert the words
"Cecil and Garrett/' and make the word "county" read
"counties."
The amendment was adopted,
And the bill, as amended, was then read a second time
and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
