Mr. Harig, Chairman of the Committee on Claims, to
whom was granted leave to introduce a bill entitled an Act
to pay Patrick and Thomas Kelley, of Baltimore city, a sum
of money for damages done their schooner, Sophia, by the
State Oyster Police Steamer, in the year 1872, reported un-
favorably thereon.
The question recurring upon the adoption of the report,
Mr. Stewart moved to substitute the bill for the unfavora-
ble report of the Committee,
The question then recurring upon concurring in the mo-
tion,
