lief Board of the City of Baltimore, reported thereon,
And asked that the Committee be discharged from the fur-
ther consideration thereof,
And that said Report be referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.
The Committee were discharged and the Report so referred.
Mr. Ward, Chairman on the part of the House on the
Contingent Fund, placed at the disposal of the Executive,
Submitted the following Report:
REPORT.
To the Honorable Speaker and
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
Your Committee of the Contingent Fund very respectfully
beg leave to report, that they have carefully examined the
accounts rendered to the Executive Department for inciden-
tal expenses, and authorized by law to be paid out of the
contingent fund, and find that the bills presented, and
vouchers for dinbursernents of the said fund exnctly correspond.
The statement herewith presented covers the entire expendi-
tures out of the contingent fund from the 2nd day of March,
1874, to the 7th day of January, 1876, inclusive, and shows an
aggregate amount of expenditures of twelve thousand, four
hundred and sixty-four dollars and sixty cents, ($12,464.60.)
Of which sum two thousand, seven hundred and eleven dol-
lars and thirty-six cents, were paid for necessary repairs at
the State House.
All of which is respectfully submitted.
