On motion of Mr. Hodges,
Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel delegation to in-
troduce a bill to amend Sub-Section 2, of the Act of 1874,
chap. 485, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne
Arundel county," sub-title "County Commissioners," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Lancaster,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Lancaster, Hawkins and
Mattingly, to introduce a bill to pay a premium on foxes,
minks, weasels, hawks and owls, killed in Charles county.
On motion of Mr. Ward,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Cassiday's
Wharf Fruit Growers' Company.
On motion of Mr. Whitelock,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal Section 88, of Article 56, of the
Public General Laws, entitled "Licenses," and re enact the
same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Clark,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal Section 136, of Article 93, of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Testamentary Law,"
sub-title "Distribution," and to re-enact the same.
On motion of Mr. Rutledge,
Leave was granted to the Harford delegation to introduce
a bill to amend Section one hundred and thirty-five, (135,)
of Article twelve, (12,) of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Harford county," sub-title "Sheriff," as amended and
re-enacted by chapter twenty-four, (24,) of the Act passed
at January Session, eighteen hundred and seventy-four.

On motion of Mr. Hodges,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal the Act passed January Session,
1874, chap. 414, and to repeal Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, of
Art. 53, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Landlord and Tenant," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
On motion of Mr. Rutledge,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal and re-enact with amendments,
Section 99, of Article 93, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled "Testamentary Laws."
