Said bill being upon a second reading,
Mr. Stewart submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Provided, That none of the provisions of this Act shall be
of any effect or force whatever, unless the said Railroad
Company shall first consent and agree that all of the prop-
erty of said corporation shall be assessed and liable for
State, county and municipal taxation.
