The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 105, of chapter
9, passed the January Session, 1874, entitled an Act to re-
peal Sections 105 and 106, of Article 26, of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, title "Corporations," sub-style "Insurance
Companies," and to re enact the same with amendments, and
to amend and re-enact said Section 105,
