The bill entitled an Act to provide against fraudulent vot-
ing at elections,
Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Hart moved that the further consideration of the bill-
be postponed indefinitely,
Which was not sustained.
Mr. Hart moved that the further consideration thereof be
postponed, and that said bill be referred to the Committee on
Elections,
Which was decided in the negative.
Mr. Hart moved that the bill be laid on the table.
