Mr, Donaldson moved that the enacting clause of the bill
be stricken out.
The question then recurring upon concurring in the mo-
tion,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 1, 3 and 4, of
Article 43, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Habeas Corpus," and enact the following in lieu thereof,
