1538 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Apl. 3,
titled "Landlord and Tenant," beg leave to make the follow-
ing report: They have agreed to strike out Anne Arundel
county from said bill, and that this House concur in the
second amendment as proposed by the Senate.

On motion of Mr. Vandiver,
At ten o'clock, P. M., the House adjourned until Monday
