The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 39, 57 and 62,
of Article 47, of the .Maryland Code of Public General Laws,
Vol. 1, entitled "Inheritance," and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to add an additional Section thereto,
Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Hoblitzell submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
At end of Section 39, insert: "And subject to confirmation
by order of the Court."
Which was adopted.
The bill, as amended, was read a second time and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act, passed at Jan-
uary Session, 1874, chapter 414, and to repeal Sections 1, 2,
3, 4 and 6, of Article 63, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Landlord and Tenant," and re-enact said Sections
with amendment,
