The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following Mes-
sage :
BY THE SENATE,
March 31st, 1876.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We respectfully ask your Honorable Body to return to
the Senate for further consideration, the House bill en-
titled an Act granting to csrtain soldiers and widows of sol-
diers of the war of 1812. a pension.

was passed, be reconsidered.
