After the last name in Cecil county, insert "Sarah A. My-
ers, widow of William Myers."
After the last name in Anne Arundel county, insert "Wil-
liam Hubbard and Willie Wiggins."
Amend by adding after "to wit," in Sec. 1, line 5, "Pro-
vided that no person shall be entitled to a pension under this
Act, unless they prove by two witnesses, to the satisfaction of
the Comptroller, that the applicant served in the war of 1812
and '14, or, if a widow, she was the widow of a soldier of the
war of 1812 and '14."
Printed bill, page 4, line 9, after the word "circum-
stances," insert "and provided that the claimants of soldiers
shall prove that their husbands served in said war from this
State."
End of Section 1, "further provided, that all claimants
shall show to the satisfaction of the Comptroller that their
names were properly on the pension list, or were accidentally
omitted or misplaced."
