Mr. Scott, Chairman on the part of the House, of the Com-
mittee of Conference, to consider Senate proposed amendments
to the bill entitled an Act to appropriate the sums of money
therein mentioned, to pay the claims of George W. Murdock,
J. W. Kalmey, J. Seth Hopkins and Co., Henry W.
Jenkins & Son, Samuel Stewart, George T. Leiter and J. E.
Hay den, submitted the following report:
The Committee on Conference on the disagreeing votes of
the two Houses, on House printed bill No. 127, have had the
same under consideration, and recommend to their respective
Bodies that the House concur in the Senate amendments,
striking from said bill the appropriation to George T. Leiter
of one hundred dollars.
