The bill entitled an Act to repeal .Sections 39., 67 and 62,
of Article 47, of the Maryland Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Inheritance," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to add an additional Section thereto.
The question recurring upon concurring in the unfavora-
