to read as follows.

Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of January
Session, 1853, chapter 88, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Pittsburg and Connellsville Railroad Company, in the State
of Maryland.
Which was read a second time.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the purchaser or
purchasers of the Kent county Railroad Company, into anew
tody politic, under the name of the Kent county Railroad
Company or such other as they may adopt, and to allow the
game to be consolidated with the Smyrna and Delaware Bay
Railroad Company, and to incorporate the said Company
when so consolidated.
Which was read a second time.

by unanimous consent,)
The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act to repeal chapter 231, of the Acts of 1874, enti-
tled an Act to regulate the commissions to be allowed Clerks
of Courts for collecting and paying over to the Treasurer
public money, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Said bill being upon a third reading,
