Gentlemen of the Senate:
We have received House bill No. 108, entitled an Act to
repeal Sections 459, 464 and 469, of Article 4, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "City of Baltimore, sulj-titte
"Live Stock," and to re-enact the same with amendments,
with proposed amendments, and have non-concurred in the
same, and respectfully ask your Honorable Body to recede
from the same.
