Mr. Donaldson submitted the following amendment to the
amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Add to Section 2, after word "railroad," "provided that
no right or priority of the State of Maryland in the said An-
napolis and Elk Ridge Railroad, shall be in any wise impaired
or affected by reason of anything in this Act contained."
Which was adopted.
The amendment as amended was then adopted.
Mr. Bird submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Make "Section 5" read "Section 3."
Which was adopted.
The bill as amended, was then read a second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
