The further consideration of said bill was then postponed
until to-morrow, (Tuesday,) March 28th.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session, in the
year 1865, chapter 130, entitled an A.ct to provide for the
registration of births, marriages and deaths; and also an Act of
the General Assembly aforesaid, passed at the January Ses-
sion, 1866, chapter 102, amendatory of said House Act, and
entitled an Act to amend the second Section of the Act, pass-
ed on the 24th day of March, 1865, entitled an Act to pro-
vide for the registration of births, marriages and deaths,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
