ty-seven cents erroneously paid by him into the State
Treasury.

Mr. Loane, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new Section to Article
26, of the Code of Public General Laws relating to Corpora-
tions, so as to provide a more summary remedy against com-
panies incorporated by this State, with authority to trans-
port persons or property for hire.

facturing Company of Harford county, Maryland.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the purchaser or
purchasers of the Kent county Railroad Company, into a new
body politic, under the name of the Kent county Railroad
Company, or such other as they may adopt, and to allow the
same to be consolidated with the Smyrna and Delaware Bay
Railroad Company, and to incorporate the said Company
when so consolidated.
