Senate bill entitled an Act to lefund to William Hepbron,
of Kent county, late a Collector of Taxes in the Third Dis-
trict of said county, the sum of twenty-five dollars and thir-
ty-seven cents erroneously paid by him into the State
Treasury.

Mr. Loane, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new Section to Article
26, of the Code of Public General Laws relating to Corpora-
tions, so as to provide a more summary remedy against com-
panies incorporated by this State, with authority to trans-
port persons or property for hire.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Savage Manu-
facturing Company of Harford county, Maryland.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the purchaser or
purchasers of the Kent county Railroad Company, into a new
body politic, under the name of the Kent county Railroad
Company, or such other as they may adopt, and to allow the
same to be consolidated with the Smyrna and Delaware Bay
Railroad Company, and to incorporate the said Company
when so consolidated.

on Corporations.

of 1872, entitled an Act to repeal Section 59, of the Act of
1868, chapter 471, entitled an Act to repeal Article 26, of

to 103, of the same Article, and Sections 33 to 43, of Article
