On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
Leave was granted to the Select Committee on Fisheries to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to regulate the catching and
to provide for the preservation of fish in the waters of the
State and of the Potomac river.
Mr. Donaldson, from the Select Committee on Fisheries,
reported favorably,
