Mr. Griffith presented the petition of the Patrons of Hus-
bandry of Bethesada Grange, No. 24, Montgomery county,
Md., praying for change in the judiciary system.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on the Ju-

Mr. Gill presented the petition of 41 citizens of Baltimore,
against the passage of the Assessment Law.
