We have received your message asking the return of Sen-
ate bill No. 54, and herewith return the same.

Mr. Neal submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 25th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We have received your message requesting the return to
your Honorable Body for further consideration, the House
bill in relation to the Crier of the Circuit Court for Queen
Anne's county, and we herewith return the same.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the Senate.
And the bill named therein returned therewith.
On motion of Mr. Naill, it was
Ordered, That the resolution submitted by him on the 24th
inst., with reference to the Annapolis and Elk Ridge Rail-
road, be referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following
message :

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We have concurred in all your amendments to the bill, en-
titled "an Act to prevent stock from running at large in
Baltimore connty," ami the Senate has adopted an addi-
tional amendment thereto, and respectfully ask your concur-
rence therein.

Also returned the following bill:
The bill entitled an Act to prevent stock from running at
large in Baltimore county, within fifteen miles from Balti-
more city.
Endorsed, "House amendments concurred in, and an ad-
