AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
After the word "County," in last line of Section 3, in-
sert, "Provided, however, that the provisions of this Act
shall not apply to that portion of the 13th District, south of
the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, Bar to that portion of the
12th District, South of Philadelphia, Wilmington and Bal-
timore Railroad."
