No. 123. An Act to incorporate the Virginia Annual Con-
ference of United Brethren in Christ.
No. 124. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners-
for Calvert county, to issue bonds to create a sinking fund in
their discretion to raise money to repair public buildings of
the county, or to build offices for the Clerk of the Circuit
Court and the Orphans' Court.
No, 125. An Act to repeal chapter 3 of the Acts passed at
January Session, 1874, titled an Act to limit the hours of
labor in this State for all minors under sixteen years of age,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 126. An Act to authorize the Cumberland Cast Steel;
Manfacturing Company to issue coupon bonds and secure the
payment thereof.
No. 127. An Act to authorize the County Commissioners
of Frederick county to issue additional bonds for the pay-
ment of expense incurred and to be incurred in erecting a
new jail for Frederick county, and to collect taxes for the
payment of such bonds and the interest thereon.
No. 128. An Act to protect English Mocking Birds in
Charles, Calvert, St. Mary's and Kent counties.
No. 129. An Act to incorporate the Baltimore County Gas-
light Company.
No. 130. An Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to in-
corpoate the the Woodberry Manufacturing Company of Bal-
timore County.
No. 131. An Act to empower the County Commissioners
of Baltimore county to pay Win. D. Burns, of the 4th Elec-
tion District of said county an amount of money to pay physi-
cians' fee, and for loss of time in consequence of injuries re-
ceived whilst serving under the orders of a deputy Sheriff, in
arresting and securing unruly prisoners.
No. 132. An Act of the General Assembly of Maryland to
make valid the Acts of the Commissioners appointed by the
Act of the General Assembly of Maryland passed at Decem-
ber Session, 1840, chapter 219, and to confirm the proceed-
ings of said Commissioners.
No. 133. An Act to approve an Act passed January Ses-
sion, 1874, chapter 93, requiring the County Commissioners
of Dorchester county to subscribe to the capital stock of the
Cambridge and Chesapeake Railroad Company..
No. 134. An Act regulating and making the setting of
pound nets in the waters of Elk, Sassafras and Bohemia
rivers, and their tributaries in Cecil county.
No. 135. An Act to protect game and birds in Washing-
ton county.
